CREAMY HAM AND POTATOES

1 1/2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes
8 oz slice cooked ham; coarsely chopped
1 cup Swiss cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 3oz pkg cream cheese, cut up
1 10 oz pkg Alfredo sauce
2 Tbl Dijon mustard
1 tsp dried thyme
2 cloves garlic, minced

Wash potatoes, halve lengthwise and slice into 1/4 inch slices. In a slow cooker place potatoes , ham, cheeses and onion. In small bowl combine alfredo sauce, garlic and thyme. Pour sauce over potato mixture.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Stir before serving.
