Tonight for dinner is:

HERBED CHICKEN FETTUCCINE

1-2 tsp salt free seasoning blend
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips
2 Tbl olive oil
4 Tlb butter - divided
2/3 cup water
2 Tbl teriyaki sauce
2 Tbl Onion Soup Mix
1 envelope savory herb & garlic soup mix - divided
8 oz uncooked fettuccine or pasta of choice
2 Tbl grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbl Worcestershire Sauce

Combine seasoning blend and poultry seasoning; sprinkle over chicken. In a skillet, saute chicken in oil and 2 Tbl butter for 5 minutes or until juices run clear. Add the water, teriyaki sauce, onion soup mix and 2 Tbl herb & garlic soup mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook fettuccine according to directions. Drain; add to the chicken mixture. Add cheese, Worcestershire sauce, remaining butter and remaining herb & garlic soup mix; toss to coat.

Last night I served Orchard Place Pear-Cinnamon Streusel Squares (I used apples instead of pears). The recipe can be located at:
