Well last night I took a half turkey breast on the bone and put it in the crock pot (refrigerated it over night). I put over the top of that Purnell's Smokehouse Sausage and Misty's BBQ Seasoning. I started cooking it this morning at 5:15 and shut it off about 2:30. The house smelled great. When I tasted the turkey it had not picked up as much of the sausage flavor as I was hoping.

And now since Scott is not going to be able to make it for dinner I'll just probably put the meat into a sandwich and have some fruit on the side for dinner.

I'll continue to work on getting the flavor to penetrate more into the meat.
