Okay I really, really am not a seafood fan but my son and husband are. So every now and again I make something "fishy". Here's the one served tonight (my husband loves peanut sauce)

Cold Thai Noodles with Shrimp

4 oz uncooked spaghetti

4 oz fresh snow pea pods, trimmed, cut diagonally into thirds

½ medium red bell pepper, cut into strips

½ lb shelled deveined cooked medium shrimp

½ cup purchased Thai peanut sauce

Cook spaghetti as directed. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine pea pods, bell pepper, shimp and peanut sauce. Add cooked spaghetti and toss gently to mix.
